Account & identity

Name, email address, role (athlete, coach, admin), preferred language, and login credentials (hashed).
Audit details about when an account was created or updated and by whom.

Profiles & preferences

Optional body metrics such as height, body weight, or composition when supplied to support performance calculations.
Training preferences including preferred units, availability slots, and communication choices.

Training & performance

Workout scores, benchmarks, performance level diagnostics derived from logged sessions, and any notes supplied.
Box memberships that link you to gyms and the roles you hold there so coaches can collaborate with you.

Usage & support

Technical logs generated by the hosting provider to keep the service reliable and secure.
Support conversations or feedback you share with the team via email or in-product requests.

Why we use this data

Provide and improve the cross-training tracking features you sign up for or are invited to use.
Send transactional emails (invites, onboarding, password resets, and notifications about activity affecting your account).
Protect the platform against abuse, ensure availability, and troubleshoot errors using monitoring and audit logs.
Comply with legal obligations, including responding to data protection requests and retaining records where required.

Your rights

Retention & deletion

We keep account, membership, and training history while your account remains active. When you ask us to delete your account or when we no longer need the data for the purposes stated above, we remove or anonymise personal information unless legal retention rules require otherwise.
