Using ABC Level

Your commitments

• Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• Use the platform only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not copy or redistribute the service without permission.
• Avoid uploading unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory content.
• Notify us promptly about suspected security incidents or unauthorised access.

Subscriptions & billing

Some plans are paid and billed on a recurring basis. Prices and billing intervals are presented at sign-up. By starting a paid plan, you authorise ABC Level to charge the provided payment method until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, reverse engineer protected components, or misuse invitations and communication features. We may investigate abuse and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Intellectual property

ABC Level retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, brand assets, and related documentation. Limited usage rights are granted only for accessing the service as intended. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Service limitations

• Training insights and scores are informational and should not be treated as medical advice.
• Service availability may be affected by maintenance windows or infrastructure incidents; we strive for prompt restoration.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• The platform may include links to third-party resources; we are not responsible for their content.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Deleting an account removes personal data unless retention rules apply.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create security risks.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The courts of Berlin, Germany, shall have jurisdiction unless a mandatory venue applies.
