Delete your ABC Level account

This page explains how to delete your ABC Level account and the data linked to it. The ABC Level app is developed by ABC Level GbR, Darmstadt, Germany.

Delete it in the app

Sign in to the ABC Level app on Android or iOS, or on the web at my.abclevel.com, then go to Profile → Account → Delete my account and confirm. You are signed out right away and can no longer sign in.

This option is available for athlete accounts. Coach and Box staff accounts can request deletion by email.

Request it by email

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email privacy@abclevel.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile: name, email address, preferred language, and body metrics.
  • Your scores, WOD results, and ABC Level grades.
  • Your Box memberships, class bookings, and attendance records.
  • Your sign-in sessions and pending invitations.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request and cannot be undone.

What we keep

  • A Box may keep a record that a membership existed, no longer linked to your name or email.
  • If you were another athlete's WOD partner, their result stays on their account without your name.
  • Crash reports that never contained your name or email, and data we must keep by law, only for as long as required.
